Schedule

  • Remote position (must reside in Tennessee)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • De-escalate and resolve issues professionally
  • Escalate cases when necessary
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Upsell services if required

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
  • Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Organized with solid prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Internet: Minimum download 15 Mbps / upload 5 Mbps, no packet loss, ping under 50ms
  • No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
