Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the USA
  • Start Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025
  • Dedicated workspace required
  • Must meet minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
  • Must provide 2 monitors (22″ or larger) with HDMI and DisplayPort capability

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule preventive health screenings and other healthcare appointments
  • Conduct welcome calls and assist members with benefits and insurance information
  • Complete outbound surveys and assess for high-risk needs
  • Provide accurate information and compassionate support to patients and caregivers
  • Maintain compliance with daily schedules and quality standards
  • Document all interactions with accuracy and detail

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (will be verified during background check)
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry, screen navigation, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
