Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the USA
- Start Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025
- Dedicated workspace required
- Must meet minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- Must provide 2 monitors (22″ or larger) with HDMI and DisplayPort capability
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule preventive health screenings and other healthcare appointments
- Conduct welcome calls and assist members with benefits and insurance information
- Complete outbound surveys and assess for high-risk needs
- Provide accurate information and compassionate support to patients and caregivers
- Maintain compliance with daily schedules and quality standards
- Document all interactions with accuracy and detail
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (will be verified during background check)
- Strong computer skills, including data entry, screen navigation, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
