Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • First and second shifts available
  • Monday–Friday, weekends off

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, and payment plans
  • Assist with billing inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Input data quickly and accurately while multitasking between calls

What You Need

  • Customer service and call center experience (medical billing knowledge preferred)
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask effectively between calls and tasks
