Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours between 8:00am–9:00pm ET, assigned based on business needs
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, resolving member or patient inquiries
- Provide information on benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm healthcare appointments
- Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals
- Maintain accurate records in EMR/CRM systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience
- Stable job history with at least 1 year of tenure per role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while handling calls
- Secure, private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling and benefits support
- Familiarity with EMR or CRM systems
- Knowledge of EPIC, Facets, or similar applications
- Understanding of medical/insurance terminology
