Our client, a large healthcare provider, is looking to hire a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, in San Antonio, Texas or Austin, Texas to provide customer support and answering questions about their DME orders. Candidates can work from home, but MUST be located in these 2 locations. If you are interested, please apply online for consideration!

Responsibilities
- Screen for member eligibility and benefits.
- Initiate DME requests for members by identify the DME payer, DME vendor and submitting a DME referral.
- Coordinate with DME providers, PCPs and members to ensure DME MD orders are obtained, and all requirements are met for an authorization.
- Verifying appointments and assisting with rescheduling appointments and medical transportation.
- Provide education to member regarding DME benefits and DME requirements. Advocate for member to ensure member receives needed DME item(s).
- Follow-up with member to confirm delivery and satisfaction with DME item. Data entry in system for member case reviews.
