This isn’t a W-2 job. It’s a 1099 independent contractor gig where you bring your own equipment, choose your own schedule in 30-minute blocks, and get paid based on the client program’s structure. If you want flexibility and can handle healthcare support calls with empathy and accuracy, Liveops is basically the “pick-your-hours” version of a call center.

Real talk: the flexibility is the win, but the tradeoff is you’re paying your own taxes, providing your own gear, and your pay depends on the program and how “productive time” is defined. If that still works for you, it can be a good option.
