Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our team remotely.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- The Help Desk Manager supervises and coordinates activities of Help Desk Specialists, Coordinators or Technicians.
- This individual identifies, troubleshoots, or resolves information systems problems to minimize down time of applications and personnel.
- The Help Desk Manager assists computer users with hardware and software questions and problems, fields telephone calls and e-mail messages from customers seeking guidance on technical problems, diagnoses nature of problems, and assists customers through problem solving steps
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Must hold an Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience leading resources resolving issues/tickets for an SAP based application.
- Must have experience leading resources resolving tickets/issues for an SAP solution comprised of at least of 2 of the following:
- a. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- b. SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- c. SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) or SAP Business Suite 4 SAP High-Performance Analytic Appliance (HANA)
- d. SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or other workflow tool to manage SAP master data
- Must have at least 2 years of experience functional as well technical resources in delivering SAP solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Must have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
- M Position Sensitivity required at start of period of performance: Non-Critical Sensitive
