Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team remotely.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- The Help Desk Specialist analyzes problems and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat.
- This individual resolves computer software and hardware problems of users and acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
- The Help Desk Specialist answers questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

- Must hold an Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Must have 1 years of experience in resolving incidents/tickets for an SAP based application.
