Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for aHelp Desk Specialistfor a6month – 1 year contract, fully remoterole with a possibility of extension.
**While the role is remote, the candidate MUST be located in New Jersey.***
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Hours: M-F(8AM-5PM EST) OR (12PM-9PM EST)
Position Description:
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
- Assist with data migration issues
- Answer calls/ work on tickets
- Responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in computer related field or equivalent training required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years experience required
