Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (with optional office access in Southfield, MI)

What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound support calls and chat inquiries; configure call routing and assist with feature and phone questions
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing
- Make outbound calls to test configurations and follow up on changes
- Conduct ad-hoc customer training on the portal and phone system
- Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Suggest features and solutions to anticipate customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and following up
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a customer-facing role
- 1+ years working with cloud-based software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent professionalism
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high call volume
- Preferred: call center experience, VoIP knowledge (SIP, RTP, QoS, codecs), networking/IT/telecom certifications
