What You’ll Do

  • Receive inbound support calls and chat inquiries; configure call routing and assist with feature and phone questions
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing
  • Make outbound calls to test configurations and follow up on changes
  • Conduct ad-hoc customer training on the portal and phone system
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Suggest features and solutions to anticipate customer needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and following up

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a customer-facing role
  • 1+ years working with cloud-based software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent professionalism
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high call volume
  • Preferred: call center experience, VoIP knowledge (SIP, RTP, QoS, codecs), networking/IT/telecom certifications
