Schedule
• Full time, 100% remote
• Some travel required (about 10%) for conferences and market needs
• Portfolio ownership with quarterly performance evaluation

What You’ll Do
• Own success and retention for your portfolio of home care agency partners
• Drive conversion of referrals into activations and revenue growth
• Onboard new partners quickly and ramp performance fast
• Run recurring performance reviews via phone/video, sharing insights and best practices
• Increase revenue through higher referral volume and upselling additional products
• Promote adoption and consistent use of the Home Care Partner Portal (reporting and lead tracking)
• Resolve invoice disputes fairly while protecting the relationship
• Partner cross-functionally with Home Care Acquisitions, Data & Analytics, Care Advisors, and Support
• Maintain accurate agency data and document key account details and outcomes

What You Need
• 3–5+ years of sales and/or account management experience
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment (conversion, activations, retention, revenue growth)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn results into clear recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (coaching + persuasion)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership role
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Senior care industry experience is a plus (or strong willingness to learn)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel about 10%
