  • Full-time
  • Remote (anywhere in the U.S.; EST or CST preferred)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST
  • Pay: $23.86/hour + bonus
  • Reports to: Senior Manager, People Operations

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, socialization programs, and company-wide event logistics
  • Co-lead weekly new-hire orientation and conduct exit interviews, documenting feedback and themes
  • Support management training programs and coordinate training logistics as needed
  • Act as the primary contact for HR systems (HRIS, recognition platform, LMS, and travel system)
  • Manage relationships with employee engagement vendors and support due diligence and selection processes
  • Generate basic HRIS reports and help maintain accurate employee data across systems
  • Support training delivery and administration, including LMS support (Juno Journey) and program evaluation
  • Communicate and help administer HR policies, maintain employee records, and assist with compliance audits

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related function
  • Solid understanding of foundational HR principles and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
