We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an ICHRA Group Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our company’s ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) and traditional group products to group clients, including small and large businesses as well as brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of group clients and brokers through various sales channels, such as cold calling, inbound lead nurturing, and referrals
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each group client and tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive a smooth and seamless onboarding experience
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior management
- Strong understanding of ICHRA products and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
- Up to 20% travel
