Imagine Your Impact.
As a StudySync Implementation Specialist in the Chicago, IL Region, you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for districts and teachers through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with districts, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce.
- Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
- Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410 and $75,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
- Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote based out of your home office and working in the Chicago, IL Region.
- Travel: You can also expect to travel up to 40-60%, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

- Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field from an accredited school or university.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of education, grades 6-12 preferred.
- Experience leading professional development and/or product training.
- Strong technology skills in Google and Microsoft Suites, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and more.
- Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work remotely and independently managing multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
