Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (U.S.-based)
- Upcoming training starts: November 10th or 17th, 2025
- Primarily second shift schedules
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit union members, resolving account issues and inquiries
- Build rapport and provide exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
- Use multiple systems to support a wide range of products and escalate concerns as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (or 1 year of call center experience preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and tech troubleshooting skills
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently from a secure home office
- Ability to meet minimum internet and equipment standards (hardwired internet required; Velera provides Ethernet cord)
