Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- Fully remote, open across 49 locations
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with medical management needs
- Deliver high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Promote and support the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services
What You Need
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of medical/healthcare experience
- 1+ years of data entry experience
Preferred Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a medical assistant, office assistant, or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and coordinate service delivery
- Computer literacy to navigate internal and external systems
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and ability to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams
- High professionalism with strong communication and organizational skills
Education
- High School diploma or GED required
