Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote
- Monday–Friday with schedule flexibility required
- 8-hour shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm EST

What You’ll Do
- Help patients navigate billing and reimbursement processes to support timely, accurate payment for services
- Build trust with patients through meaningful conversation and a “people first” approach
- Manage difficult or emotional calls with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Document every interaction accurately in the Revenue Cycle system
- Track concerns, take follow-up steps, and resolve patient issues through completion
- Review patient information to determine eligibility for payment plans
- Meet call center metrics tied to call volume and call quality
- Coordinate with other departments across CVS Specialty using internal tools and systems
- Maintain an outgoing, professional, and caring presence over the phone
What You Need
- 6+ months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections practices, and/or infusion services
- 1+ year experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to offer emotional support and empathy
- High school diploma or GED (required)
