Compensation

  • Base Salary: $33,000 annually
  • Commission: Uncapped (Top performers can earn up to $100,000 annually)
  • Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and video consultations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend mobility/DME products
  • Convert leads into closed sales in a short sales cycle
  • Manage quotes, follow-ups, and orders through completion
  • Communicate policies on shipping, delivery, warranties, and returns
  • Collaborate across departments and manufacturers for accuracy and timely service
  • Stay up to date on product offerings and best practices through training
  • Deliver compassionate, expert service that supports customer independence

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years inbound consumer sales experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)
  • Background in DME/mobility equipment strongly preferred (scooters, wheelchairs, lift chairs)
  • Proven track record of high conversion rates, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems during calls
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high lead volume
  • Reliable home office with high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRMs, order management, or video-based selling tools
  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) training or certification
