Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Complete consultations and application intake using verbatim scripts
- Verify information accuracy and identify discrepancies in documents
- Perform clerical tasks such as email and chat communications
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Provide excellent customer service with clear and professional phone presence
- Adapt to changing business needs, including flexibility in work hours
- Accurately enter and maintain data in consultation/application systems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred (auto dialer experience a plus)
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with ability to type while talking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
- Strong reading, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
- Must have personal high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not acceptable)
