Schedule
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm EST
- Remote work from home (must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV)
- Must provide desk, chair, and high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 download/20 upload)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Enter client data into consultation and application systems accurately
- Perform clerical duties such as checking email and chat communications
- Verify documents, respect client confidentiality, and ensure eligibility checks
- Adapt work hours as needed based on company needs
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of call center experience (auto dialer preferred)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills (35+ WPM typing speed)
- Ability to type and talk using a headset, multitask, and stay organized
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
