Schedule

  • Full-time role with required on-site training for 8 weeks in Dallas, TX
  • After training, the position transitions to fully remote
  • Must live within 50 miles of Dallas
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, hours may vary
  • Role is overtime eligible

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily to set up Family Medical Leave, Paid Family Leave, Workplace Accommodation, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability claims
  • Accurately gather and enter claim data while engaging customers with empathy
  • Provide high-quality service that builds strong customer relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with critical thinking and compassion
  • Meet team and department goals related to call quality, security verification, and productivity
  • Manage urgent and non-urgent inquiries within service-level agreements

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of call center or customer-facing experience required; prior disability claims or FMLA knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accuracy
  • Knowledge of PC operations and Microsoft tools; tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

  • Salary range: $38,000 – $42,000 annually
