Schedule
- Full-time role with required on-site training for 8 weeks in Dallas, TX
- After training, the position transitions to fully remote
- Must live within 50 miles of Dallas
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, hours may vary
- Role is overtime eligible
What You’ll Do
- Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily to set up Family Medical Leave, Paid Family Leave, Workplace Accommodation, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability claims
- Accurately gather and enter claim data while engaging customers with empathy
- Provide high-quality service that builds strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with critical thinking and compassion
- Meet team and department goals related to call quality, security verification, and productivity
- Manage urgent and non-urgent inquiries within service-level agreements
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of call center or customer-facing experience required; prior disability claims or FMLA knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of PC operations and Microsoft tools; tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Salary range: $38,000 – $42,000 annually
