Schedule

  • Fully remote after 8 weeks of onsite training in Dallas, TX
  • Must live within 50 miles of Dallas to be considered
  • Full-time role handling inbound calls and claim processing

What You’ll Do

  • Answer 35–45 inbound calls daily to initiate claims for Family Medical Leave, Paid Family Leave, Workplace Accommodation, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability
  • Gather and enter essential claim data accurately into leave systems
  • Build strong customer relationships using empathy and active listening
  • Multitask by entering data while engaging with customers
  • Ensure successful claim submissions by providing accurate, comprehensive information
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics, including adherence to schedule and security verification
  • Respond to urgent and non-urgent inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs)

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
  • 1+ years in a call center or customer-facing role (experience with Workers’ Compensation, Disability, or FMLA a plus)
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
