Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (U.S.) – Eastern Time Zone preferred
  • Supports the Southeast region
  • Pay range: $17.75 – $22.00/hour
  • Annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay

What You’ll Do

  • Receive inbound calls from patients and schedule appointments across multiple locations
  • Communicate professionally with patients and referral sources
  • Document appointment requests accurately and confirm details
  • Manage incoming faxes from referral partners
  • Route general inquiry calls and handle rescheduled/no-show follow-ups
  • Ensure each patient is matched with the right clinician and appointment type

What You Need

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience (customer service, call center, insurance, or medical records)

Preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Orthotic and Prosthetic industry experience
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen)

Success Factors

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations
  • Familiarity with coding: ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC/CPT
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and billing systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work independently
