Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position.
- 40-hour shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standard hours range:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 10:00pm PT
- Saturday: 8:00am – 4:30pm PT
- Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm PT
- Overtime available.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients—no cold calling, all leads are inbound.
- Assess potential cases and qualify leads for our personal injury practice or partner firms.
- Use empathetic and persuasive communication to convert 95% of qualified leads into retained clients.
- Build rapport and make a lasting positive impression on every caller.
- Document client interactions and case details accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and stay current on best practices.
What You Need
- Sales and/or personal injury experience preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Empathetic, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
- Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
