Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote position.
  • 40-hour shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Standard hours range:
    • Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 10:00pm PT
    • Saturday: 8:00am – 4:30pm PT
    • Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm PT
  • Overtime available.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients—no cold calling, all leads are inbound.
  • Assess potential cases and qualify leads for our personal injury practice or partner firms.
  • Use empathetic and persuasive communication to convert 95% of qualified leads into retained clients.
  • Build rapport and make a lasting positive impression on every caller.
  • Document client interactions and case details accurately in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and stay current on best practices.

What You Need

  • Sales and/or personal injury experience preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
