This is a bilingual (Spanish-required) intake and conversion role for a high-volume personal injury law firm. It’s sales, but the leads are warm: no cold calling. You’re talking to people on their worst day, qualifying cases, building trust fast, and getting them signed.

Schedule
• Fully remote
• Full time
• 40-hour assigned shift that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Coverage window (Pacific Time):
• Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime available
What You’ll Do
• Answer and manage warm inbound leads across channels (callers requested help)
• Gather accident/injury details and assess case viability based on qualifications and guidelines
• Build rapport quickly and make a strong first impression with vulnerable callers
• Follow up consistently and respectfully to move qualified prospects toward sign-up
• Maintain accurate documentation in case management/CRM systems
• Refer non-personal injury matters to partner firms when appropriate
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients using clear value messaging and persuasive communication
• Participate in continuous training to sharpen intake skills, terminology, and best practices
What You Need
• Bilingual Spanish fluency (required)
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication (you’ll live on the phone)
• Empathetic, caring, and persuasive style with strong active listening
• Conflict de-escalation skills and calm professionalism under stress
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities without slipping on quality
• Coachable and adaptable to feedback and change
• Nice to have: sales and/or personal injury experience, Salesforce/CRM experience
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
