Schedule
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm EST
- Remote work from home (must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV)
- Must provide desk, chair, and high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 download/20 upload)
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Ask scripted questions verbatim to verify eligibility and collect data
- Record and maintain accurate client information
- Perform clerical tasks while respecting confidentiality
- Support clients with professionalism and empathy
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of call center or telephone customer service experience (auto dialer required)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills (35+ WPM typing speed)
- Ability to type and talk using a headset, multitask, and stay organized
- Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Legal or veteran-related experience a plus
- Reliable attendance and previous remote work experience preferred
