About your role:
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our internal Help Desk team and provide technical support and advice to internal IT users. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our IT team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities. As a key member of the Support team, the Technical Support Analyst will be proactive and show initiative, have exceptional communication skills, have a strong background in customer service, and the ability to identify/pinpoint the origins of both technical and user issues.
The IT Support Analyst, Operations will get to:
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot user technical issues
- Maintain system access to various tools
- Support professionals in resolving technical problems via email, phone, Slack, and Jira
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving processes, products, and services
- Computer Troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance, maintain privacy, and follow established processes
- Hardware maintenance
Your experience:
- A degree in a Technology or IT-related discipline preferred
- A high degree of empathy for our internal users and a passion for improving the human experience with technology at work
- 3+ years’ experience administering and supporting Slack, Jira, and Zoom
- Excellent detail orientation and communication skills; able to explain tech to non-tech people
- Apple Mac Support Certification is a big plus
Your superpowers:
- Help desk / technical troubleshooting experience
- At least three years of previous experience in customer service, IT, or other related fields
- Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, Networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective delivery
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 Admin Center (good to have)
