As a Gaming Support Agent, you will:

  • Handle customer support via email and live chat
  • Help players with account issues such as compromised accounts, updates, etc.
  • Resolve monetary issues such as refunds, purchases not going through, etc.
  • Assist players by solving their technical problems with the game
  • Answer gameplay inquiries and assist with gameplay issues
  • Keep up to date on patches and newly released DLC for the games you’re supporting
  • Take assigned training models to further improve your customer service skills
  • Attend weekly meetings with a team of 10-15 fellow agents and your manager
  • Help fellow players keep enjoying their favorite game

During your first week at 5CA, we’ll provide paid training alongside your fellow agents to prepare you for your new role.

Working from home

We believe working from home offers freedom beyond offices. Because of that, 5CA is a 100% remote company. Our agents are based all over the world and work from their own workstations.

Job requirements

  • You speak Korean at a near-native level
  • You speak English well enough to communicate professionally every day
  • You are available to work full-time and on a fixed schedule
  • You have in-depth knowledge about gaming, and you love anything related to video games
  • You own a PS4, Xbox One, next-gen console, or modern gaming PC/laptop
  • You are a fast learner and know when to take initiative
  • You’re a natural trouble-shooter and problem-solver
  • You have a dedicated quiet workspace within your residence
  • Experience in a customer service environment or international business setting is a plus!

PC requirements:

  • An internet speed of min. 4 Mb/s download and 1,5 Mb/s upload internationally
  • A minimum of 6GB RAM with a 64-bit Windows version or MacOS
  • An i5 processor or better/ similar, max. 3 years old
  • smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least:
  • Android 4.4 or newer
  • Apple iOS 10.0 or newer
