Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- 1st Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST
- Must have dedicated home workspace and high-speed internet (PC required, no Chromebooks)
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch lab service orders within 15 minutes of entry
- Coordinate ETAs with facilities and technicians
- Confirm technician receipt of dispatched orders
- Communicate changes or reschedules clearly with both clients and staff
- Reassign service orders as needed and assist with inbound customer service calls
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Solid focus and multitasking ability in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Private, quiet home office and high-speed internet (Fiber/Cable preferred)
- Must pass TridentCare’s Network Performance Test
