What You’ll Do
• Respond quickly and accurately to client labor requests
• Schedule crew members and communicate event details to clients and technicians
• Review and update event timecards within 24 hours after an event ends
• Serve as first point of contact during on-call hours for questions or issues
• Arrange and approve travel plans for crew members when needed
• Handle additional operational tasks as assigned to support clients and the team

What You Need
• Basic understanding of live corporate events and A/V technician roles (audio, video, lighting, stagehands, camera ops, etc.)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, including Lasso event management software
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic math skills, especially for payroll/timecard calculations
• High emotional intelligence with a proactive, curious mindset
