What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources with empathy and professionalism
⦁ Lead and support a team of 6+ Admissions Coordinators to meet or exceed performance goals
⦁ Coordinate team schedules and workload distribution to keep daily operations efficient
⦁ Build trust quickly and gather demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history
⦁ Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance clearly and accurately
⦁ Maintain clean, detailed client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance info
⦁ Partner with internal teams to hit KPIs like time to admission and client satisfaction
⦁ Ensure consistent follow up and coordination that advances clients into Charlie Health’s program
⦁ Represent and pitch Charlie Health’s individualized care model with confidence and clarity
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree
⦁ 1–2+ years of experience leading or mentoring admissions and or sales teams
⦁ 1–2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a plus)
⦁ Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage records and workflow
⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment while juggling priorities
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
⦁ Familiarity with HIPAA policies (plus)
⦁ Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context (plus)
