- Flexible work hours, with availability for outbound/inbound communication
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential franchise owners
- Qualify leads by assessing interest, background, and financial readiness
- Schedule follow-ups with Franchise Development Managers (FDMs)
- Log and update lead data in CRM
- Assist with webinars, trade shows, and other lead-gen activities
- Report weekly on lead trends and activity
What You Need
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or a call center role
- Strong, friendly communication and phone presence
- Comfort making outbound calls and speaking with new people
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in sales
