Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Eligible states: FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, WI
- Structured schedule with no on-call expectations
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, texts, email, online banking) regarding loan and title inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting departmental service levels.
- Process, perfect, and release security interests on vehicle, recreational, and marine titles, UCC filings, and related documents.
- Conduct outbound calls to members, vendors, titling agencies, and recording jurisdictions.
- Complete transaction maintenance requests, including interest calculations, fee reversals, and loan adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (TRID, ECOA, HMDA, ATR, fair lending laws, and BSA).
- Accurately assess, process, and resolve multi-state lending inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve servicing issues and follow up as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and present solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ year of lending, loan processing, or financial institution experience required
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
