What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers by phone to file and update auto insurance claims
  • Assist with claim follow-ups, repair scheduling, and rental arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers, law enforcement, and other insurance companies as needed
  • Coordinate with adjusters, managers, and other team members throughout the claims process
  • Escalate cases when appropriate and maintain detailed documentation for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement

What You Need

  • Active home state Adjuster Insurance License in good standing (no active appointments)
  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and desktop applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet meeting these requirements:
    • Download speed ≥ 15 Mbps
    • Upload speed ≥ 5 Mbps
    • Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
    • No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
