What You’ll Do

  • Support customers for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S.
  • Navigate system tools to search for answers and customer information
  • Assess situations and provide empathetic, service-oriented solutions
  • Study independently to pass the state insurance exam after paid training

What You Need

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Hardwired high-speed internet connection
