What You’ll Do
- Handle all aspects of client accounts including changes, cancellations, payments, and reviews
- Advise clients on coverage options and cross-sell additional lines of business
- Answer calls and emails, document interactions in AMS360, and prepare paperwork
- Build strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers
- Support agency retention by transferring clients to sales when needed
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Proven customer service or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- (Preferred) Experience with AMS360 and/or bilingual Spanish
