What You’ll Do

  • Handle all aspects of client accounts including changes, cancellations, payments, and reviews
  • Advise clients on coverage options and cross-sell additional lines of business
  • Answer calls and emails, document interactions in AMS360, and prepare paperwork
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers
  • Support agency retention by transferring clients to sales when needed

What You Need

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
  • Proven customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
  • (Preferred) Experience with AMS360 and/or bilingual Spanish
