Overview: Gopuff is looking for a Live Operations Agent to join the Operations team. Directly reporting to the MFC Operations Leadership team, Live Operations play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. The role is a core part of the MFC Operations with responsibility to ensure fast and efficient delivery to our customers.
Customers turn to Gopuff to provide their everyday essentials day and night, rain or shine. We’re assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers and risk takers who are ready to help us reshape the world of retail faster than ever before. And it doesn’t hurt if you like snacks.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Process incoming support requests – Supporting the HQ and Field Teams to ensure our customers receive first class delivery
- Monitor the Gopuff Network – monitoring support channels and dashboards to ensure we on track for fast delivery
- Incident Handling – ensuring all operations are running smoothly and safely
- Collaborate teamwork – working as a team/cross functionally to to ensure all requests are being handled efficiently
About you:
- You are process & detail oriented with an organised and methodical approach to working
- Have strong communication, customer service and problem solving skills with a Collaborative and team oriented mindset
- Have Technological proficiency (Google Suite, Slack)
- Must thrive in fast-paced environments with an ability to multitask whilst being adaptable and open to change
- Be available Morning / Evening with flexibility from 06:30 – 02:30 – 7 Days a week – Preference on evening and weekend availability
- Previous Operational Experience in a tech/retail/service setting (Preferred)
