Earn a guaranteed minimum of $8.50 per hour, with the benefits of flexible work hours and working from home! VoiceLog is looking for English and bilingual (English and Spanish) independent contractor live operators with flexible hours.
VoiceLog is the #1 provider of Third Party Verification (TPV) services in the U.S. Our operators receive live verification calls for energy, telephone, healthcare, cable and internet companies as well as other service industries looking to help combat sales fraud. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
Work at home as an independent TPV contractor during the hours of 12 PM CT to 9 PM CT Monday through Friday and every other weekend. You can choose to work shifts as few as 2 hours and up to 8 hours a day.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- A quiet, distraction free home office setting (no background noises of any kind such as children, pets, TV, cell phone, etc.)
- Personal computer running Windows 8 or newer, or MAC OS 10.8 Mountain Lion or newer
- At least 8 Gigabytes of RAM or higher
- CPU (processor) Intel Core I3 or AMD Bulldozer (or newer)
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Email provider that allows enough space to receive large files
- Cable HIGH SPEED Internet access or reliable DSL internet access with a minimum download speed of 40 Mbps (satellite not acceptable). Wi-Fi Internet is not acceptable. Your computer must be directly connected to the Internet modem/router
- Phone line with no features (no call waiting, etc.)
- Current anti-virus software
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (inbound or outbound call center) is preferred
- Noise cancelling headset
- Can commit to working at least 20 hours per week
