Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (U.S. only)
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends
What You’ll Do
- Set up Zoom links and LMS sessions; handle changes, recordings, and post-event processing
- Support instructors and students with tech troubleshooting and classroom environment needs
- Track attendance, verify IDs, introduce speakers, and moderate chat/Q&A during livestreams
- Communicate updates to students through email and live interactions
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless event execution
- Monitor sessions to ensure policy compliance and record-keeping
- Proactively suggest process improvements for the livestream experience
- Manage digital files, maintain security protocols, and support additional projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Basic A/V troubleshooting knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable with Zoom, virtual collaboration apps, and chat moderation
- Must have a distraction-free home setup with secure internet and a PC running Windows 7+
- Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to smooth livestream operations
