Schedule

- Reports to the Credit Operations Manager
What You’ll Do
- Review documents such as paystubs, tax returns, and IDs from clients
- Verify client identity using trusted data sources
- Enter key information to support application decisions
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions
- Assist with audits, special projects, and system improvements
- Share feedback to improve tools, processes, and training
What You Need
- Experience with credit applications is helpful but not required
- Comfortable reviewing financial documents and performing basic math
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of fraud risks
- Background in fast-paced, task-focused environments
Pay Range
- $46,000 – $58,000 USD annually (based on qualifications, location, and experience)
