Title: Low Carbon Delivery Manager – Social Housing

We’re looking for a Renewable Delivery Manager to join us at Octopus Energy Services, as we deliver low carbon tech to social housing provider customers. This could include installing the latest Air Source Heat Pumps or solar technologies.
This role is remote, with occasional travel across the UK.
What you’ll do
- Set up and deliver our low carbon heating programmes for local authority and social housing provider customers.
- Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to develop and deliver installation and maintenance propositions while leading our teams to deliver great customer service.
- You’ll be responsible for assisting our customers to find the right solutions for their needs, delivering on those commitments and providing updates on our progress.
What you’ll need
- To be expert at delivering outrageously good customer experiences
- Experience building teams from the ground up
- Taking ownership of client & customer needs and finding solutions to achieve their net zero ambitions
- An entrepreneurial flair, the ability to think laterally, disruptively and inspire others to do the same
- Experience in setting up and running local authority contracts and being used to managing delivery teams
- To be a self-starter and not afraid to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
- To be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with service providers and directly employed engineering teams
- To be able to work with colleagues from across the business, playing a key part in shaping the customer proposition
- To be willing to travel in order to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
