What You’ll Do
- Deliver white-glove customer service for luxury brand clients.
- Support and guide customers in real time, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients.
- Manage inquiries across multiple digital channels, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate client issues quickly and accurately.
- Track service metrics and consistently meet or exceed performance standards.
- Act as an extension of luxury brands, embodying their voice, culture, and premium experience.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years online support experience, including 1–3 years with luxury brands.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (active listening + empathy).
- High emotional intelligence—ability to diffuse tense situations and build trust.
- Proficiency with digital tools, client support platforms, and fast typing skills.
- Understanding of customer service best practices and the luxury service cycle.
- Experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising a plus.
- Adaptability, accountability, and ability to thrive in a hyper-growth, AI-first environment.
