Details:
- Full time, Flexible Schedule
- Location: Remote/Work from home, NO VACCINATION REQUIREMENT
- Required: A minimum of 3 years of IP coding or auditing experience.
- Preferred: CCS, RHIT, or RHIA credentials.

What we need…
The Manager, Coding Operations will be part of the HIM/Coding Operations Team driving:
- Respond to requests by customers for consulting and education services.
- Identify and propose solutions for coding quality review and education service line needs, product development and enhancement.
- Develop and maintain account relationships.
- Work with scheduling and data support for optimal services outcome.
Responsibilities
What You Will do…
- Effective Client communications to drive service delivery needs.
- Monitor quality and service delivery against customer expectations, industry standards and performance goals.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer and consultant issues and/ or requests remaining engaged until resolution.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate client work plans for quality service delivery.
- Support Sales efforts by providing technical knowledge/expertise and outline customized service delivery for proposals as needed. Consultant Management
- Monitor the performance, quality, and productivity of the consultants.
- Mentor and support coding teams
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, leading coding consultants, including completion of appropriate documentation.
- Plan educational sessions and prepare individual professional development plans for consultants.
- Drive rocess improvementp and maintain service delivery standards
- Address ongoing data support for successful, secure and efficient delivery of coding quality review and education services, both remote and onsite projects.
- Coordinate preparation, review and edit customer reports and compilation of statistical information.
- Monitor and correct identified coding compliance issues.
- Participate in corporate strategic planning.
- Participate in team building, operational improvement efforts and professional growth opportunities to strengthen and advance our mission and values.
Qualifications
What You Need…
- Bachelor’s degree and related work experience, 5+ years
- Service oriented, respectful and diplomatic
- Resourceful and well organized
- Able to understand people and appreciate differing perspectives; maintain a sense of fairness and consistency
- Able to maintain objectivity
- Clear understanding of tasks to be done and commitment to delivery
- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Practiced technical or business writing skills
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
What Makes You Stand Out…
- A minimum of 5 years of HIM and coding, compliance, revenue integrity, or documentation improvement experience.
- Industry Credentials-RHIT, RHIA, or CCS
- Demonstrated leadership/operations experience.
- Service Delivery experience for medical coding operations
