  • Compensation: $74,000–$82,500 OTE ($51,900–$57,750 base + 30% performance bonus)
  • Equity eligible (per company plan)
  • Final pay determined by skills, experience, and geographic location

What You’ll Do

  • Drive key team metrics including first response time, first 30-day success metrics, retention rates, QA scores, and more
  • Manage team scheduling and daily attendance to ensure coverage and staffing needs are met
  • Build a supportive, growth-oriented environment that develops high-performing coaches
  • Hold regular 1:1s to coach performance, remove blockers, and identify development opportunities
  • Lead training and coaching sessions to strengthen onboarding best practices and customer outcomes
  • Stay current on product updates and feature releases, then translate changes into team readiness
  • Partner with leadership on evolving priorities and execute on new operational needs as they arise
  • Support hiring efforts through interviews, candidate reviews, and selection support

What You Need

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in customer support, account management, sales, or a related field
  • 1+ years of people management experience leading teams of 10+
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction
