What You’ll Do
• Schedule, post, and monitor content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Support community engagement and online customer relationship management
• Design and edit short-form and long-form content using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and automations (formatting, sending, updates)
• Update website content, assist with basic site development, and optimize user experience
• Write copy for social posts, ads, emails, and website content
• Help plan, organize, and track digital marketing campaigns
• Support reporting, research, and other marketing admin tasks as needed
What You Need
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with content editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
• Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a part-time schedule
