What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross functional teams to drive brand and digital growth programs
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across organic, paid social, and email to generate leads
- Support content creation and work with internal subject matter experts to build a content calendar
- Use Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and related tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Maintain and update the corporate website in WordPress
- Coordinate with agencies and external vendors to deliver marketing programs successfully
- Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and sales pipeline
- Report on full funnel performance and recommend optimizations
- Support marketing budget tracking, invoices, contracts, and monthly spend organization
What You Need
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with content and collateral creation (including Canva)
- Experience building and executing email campaigns and understanding social best practices
- Strong analytics mindset: turn data into actions, not just dashboards
- Comfort working fast, hands on, and flexible in a growing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce + Pardot (or similar CRM and marketing automation) experience required
