Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote work, but must live within 50 miles of Plantation or Jacksonville, FL
- Structured schedules with flexibility based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve Medicaid member inquiries by phone, web, or written correspondence.
- Educate members on their benefits, coverage, and care options using tools and resources.
- Handle a mix of basic and complex inquiries while maintaining a clear, empathetic approach.
- Document interactions accurately and follow compliance standards.
- Support a positive service experience with consultative, member-first communication.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, retail, etc.)
- Must reside in Florida within commuting distance of Plantation or Jacksonville
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of healthcare or Medicaid experience
- Trauma-informed care training
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Experience in care management, de-escalation, or telework environments
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 – $25.65/hour (based on experience, education, and location)
