Job details
A trusted client of Randstad’s is looking for people to join their team in a medical call center environment. Position entails answering incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, family members and other external parties to register new patients, schedule healthcare appointments and answer questions.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a large healthcare system!
Position is onsite for training, but does have the opportunity to go remote. Must be available to work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday – Friday (will be scheduled a shift within that timeframe).
Pay is $17 per hour.
Responsibilities
Position is customer service (not patient facing). It entails:
- Answering incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, family members and other parties
- Register new patients
- Schedule healthcare appointments
- Verify insurance
- Answer questions and provide general information about the facility
