Medical Customer Service
Located in Leander, TX
Salary: $16.00-$18.00

This position does not work in a hospital or medical facility – you’ll be working in a call center environment and working remotely after training!

Work schedule Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
Pay rate is $16.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience
What we’re looking for:
- Access to High Speed Internet Connection
- 2+ years customer service experience required
- Experience handling escalated customer complaints
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Good diction and clear speaking voice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
