Carenet Health is seeking empathetic, bilingual professionals to join our team as Remote Medical Receptionists. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling high-volume calls and providing compassionate support while working from the comfort of your home.

Schedule

- Must be available to work assigned shifts
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls, transfer calls, and provide outstanding service
- Manage front-office coordination tasks such as appointment scheduling and transport arrangements
- Accurately input patient data into Carenet and EMR/EHR systems
- Verify patient insurance information with health plans
- Provide clinic details (hours, directions, services)
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, providers, and team members
- Ensure all patient interactions reflect care, compassion, and professionalism
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Healthcare background with EMR/EHR experience (medical assistant or medical front office preferred)
- Proficiency in data entry, keyboarding, and Microsoft Outlook/Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professionalism
- Ability to provide two monitors (22” minimum) with HDMI and Display ports
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
